I came across this book Glorious Needlepoint by Kaffe Fassett, I had to buy it.I must say this is a really nice embroidery book.I am saying this not because I am Kaffe Fassett's fan but because the book is detailed , nice pictures and well explained in a simple language. I love the way he mixes colors, so beautifully,it lifts up your spirit.I guess my next budget will be to look for his DVD/VHS. Check out his work at kaffefassett.Enjoy!

Little inspiration! I guess I would call this freehand fabric painting because I didn't have any specific design in mind, I just let my imagination take a lead. I used the fabric markers (fine point) on 100% cotton fabric.I hope it will inspire you to try .Enjoy!
